Your Personal Data: We process personal data you provide to us, including your name and email address, if you sign up for a newsletter, event, webinar, choose to participate in our talent community, or request a demo of our services. If you sign up for our enterprise services, information such as name, work email, and other details described in the Enterprise Terms are required to create an individual Axya AI customer account. We will inform you which information is required so that you can choose whether to sign up. If you choose not to provide certain information, you may not be able to register with us or take advantage of some features.
Candidates’ Personal Data: We process the personal data our customers choose to provide in relation to their candidates, potential job applicants, members of their talent network, and other prospective employees (collectively the “Candidates”).
