If you sign up for our enterprise services, information such as name, work email, and other details described in the Enterprise Terms are required to create an individual Axya AI customer account. Candidates’ Personal Data: We process the personal data our customers choose to provide in relation to their candidates, potential job applicants, members of their talent network, and other prospective employees (collectively the “Candidates”).

Sensitive Information: We do not knowingly process sensitive information revealing political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, or other categories defined as “special categories of personal data.”
